Sisters Sarah and Sophie lovingly bake their cakes and cupcakes from scratch at The Little Bakery, which they set up together in 2010 after returning home to Perth from overseas professional careers. In the early days the cakes were baked from a home kitchen but the business has grown and the girls now bake from a commercial kitchen they set up in Nedlands.

At The Little Bakery cakes are freshly made everyday, containing only essential ingredients, all of the highest quality, with absolutely nothing artificial. Sarah and Sophie take pleasure in sourcing the finest - from Dutch cocoa, Belgian chocolate and Madagascan vanilla, to the natural creamy yoghurt and milk from Sunnydale Dairy, and lemons picked from Sophie's backyard lemon tree. The Little Bakery's cake menu is seasonal, with something to suit every taste for each occasion year-round.

The Little Bakery delivers freshly baked cupcakes and cakes to a number of cafes around town as well as delivering cakes for private orders. 

The next challenge for Sarah and Sophie is to extend the menu to include more gluten free and dairy free this space!
